REGISTRATION

• Participation in scientific activities
• Access to exhibition area
• Meeting material (Abstract CD, Name Badge, Certification of Attendance)
• VAT (20%) shall be added to the prices (registration fee). Z Event reserves the right to change the fee if any changes arise in the taxes, charges and duties levied.,
• Z Event is entitled to shift the probable tax, due and charge changings.
• All registration fees are required to be transferred to the below stated bank account of Z Event before the meeting.
• Agency reserves the right to cancel the request or make change on the registration in case of incomplete fee payments.

CANCELLATION CONDICTIONS of REGISTRATION

• Cancellation requests for registration must be communicated to Z Event and organization by e-mail to the address pics@zevent.com.tr
• Cancellation requests made until 15 September, 2026 will be refunded fully after the deduction of bank costs.
• There will be no refund for the cancellations made after the date 15 September, 2026 . It will be possible to make name changes until latest 01 November, 2026.Congress Organization Committee and Z Event do not accept any responsibility for any changes after very date.
• All reimbursements shall be made after the end of the congress.

MISCELLANEOUS

Should a delegate not attend the Meeting, for whatever reason, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

• All prices are for 1 night and include open buffet breakfast.
• VAT (10%) shall be added to the prices (accommodation fee). Z Event reserves the right to change the fee if any changes arise in the taxes, charges and duties levied.
• All accommodation fees are required to be transferred to the below stated bank account of Z Event before the meeting.
• Agency reserves the right to cancel the request or make change on the accommodation hotel in case of incomplete fee payments.
